I have the same problem. In my case, the power supply seems to not get enough juice to the system to get it up and running. My fix for the problem is to power it up, and shut it down. Before the fans have time to stop spinning, turn it back on. My takes off when I do this. It is a nnoying, but at least it runs right afterward. Hope this helps.
