I've bought a SoundBlaster Live Value. I've put it in the slot and connected my CD player to it through the analog connector. I have installed the latest drivers from the SoundBlaster site. It plays CD's fine. Unfortunately when I play games no sound comes out. Ths same with MP3.
I think I may be meant to turn off the internal sound card on my motherboard on the CMOS set up. But I don't know how.
Of course it could be something else completely. Any suggestions?
