Chris, Hi I have today loaded the Bitware Cheyenne program and got exactly the reult you did. However, since I have a program called "GoBack" I simply reverted my hard disk to what it was and thereby "uninstalled" the program. However, since I am interested in using the program for my modem to receive faxes, did you find a solution? (win98, on rebooting, the error message "cannot find win.com" came up. Thanks, ezra
