Like Dave I also get a "scandisk not found" on a reboot after a bad close and have to run it from accessories/system tools/scandisk when Win95 OSR2 has completed loading. I suspect the cause was a utiity package that replaced MS scandisk with its own version. However I found the package very intrusive and uninstalled it. It seems it failed to reconnect the pointer to MS Scandisk but I'm darned if I can find out how and where Win95 locates scandisk during the boot process. Can anyone say how to fix the problem? Thanks
